I have been buying this regularly for quite a while now, and I really like it. I add a pinch of salt and black pepper when I first open the jar, and stir it in to bring out the flavour. I was so glad to see recently, that the oil that sits on the top, which used to take such a lot of effort to stir it into the rest of the spread, when you first open the jar, has now been done for us, so mixing the little bit of oil on the top into the spread is so much easier. It makes such a difference. Thank you, Meridian. I would have given this five stars if it were not for the high price. But as all brands are around the same price or more expensive, I can't complain. I have thought about making my own, as it is only one, cheap, ingredient, but I'd need to buy a very good, expensive food processor. I tried making it in my mini processor and it worked, tasted good, but it took all day to make one small jar, having to pace the mixing so as not to burn out the motor. So much easier in the end just to buy it by the case-load online.

Its not sweet, so it goes just as well with savoury things as it does with sweet. Nice on cracker and bread/toast

Only one ingredient compared to other butters, just tastes of creamy pumpkin seeds. I like to put it in pita breads for a snack. It is a good alternative to nut butters.

I bought this as I like to snack on pumpkin seeds and being dairy/egg intolerant, I'm always looking for healthy spreads other than nut butters. Pumpkin seeds as a spread don't really work for me and probably won't buy again.
