I submitted a one star review at the end of November 2019, but now I wish to upgrade my review. Having eaten some more of the pickle, I have got below the top layer and discovered that it is more like the jar I tried at the beginning of the year. Some of the vinegar and salt must have settled at the top of the jar giving the impression that it was like that all the way through. Had I realised that in the beginning I would just have stirred the vinegar back into the pickle.

Last winter I bought a jar of the Eswatini Lime Pickle - it was delicious. Recently I bought 2 more jars and what a disappointment! It is a completely different product masquerading under the same name. Very vinegary and with a much higher salt content. I shall use it only sparingly.
