I prefer to mix my own ration of baking powder to flour - you do need more in scones. This is ethical too. I'm not too sure about the plastic tube. I know you can recycle it - but its very easily damaged and indeed arrived slightly split and I had to put it in a jar!

Perhaps not the most crucial product to have organic content, but I get on well with this. I thought the pack might be a bit fragile but it hasn't proved so and I find the top easier to get off than is often the case with baking powder.
