Ghee is dutch butter that is typically prepared using an Indian method that heats butter and separates the different layers to leave you with clarified butter. This gives it a high smoke point of 250 degrees, which makes it ideal for deep frying, stir frying and baking. You can also use this as part of a sandwich filling due to its delightfully full flavour.

Express Delivery - £7.95 (Only available for UK delivery)
