Veg1 Vegan Multivitamin Chewable Tablets - Blackcurrant - 180

Formulated by the Vegan Society, these multivitamin chewable tablets are blackcurrant flavoured and each bottle of 180 tablets is a six month supply for adults. Directions: One tablet per day for adults. Half a tablet per day for children aged 2-12. Always chew or crush tablets for maximum absorption. Do not exceed recommended intake.

This supplement provides EU recommended daily allowances (RDAs) of the following: Vitamin B2 (1.6mg - 114%), Vitamin B6 (2mg - 143%), Vitamin B12 (25µg - 1000%), Vitamin D3 (10µg - 400%), Folic Acid (200µg - 100%), Iodine (150µg - 100%), Selenium (60µg - 109%)
