Crunchy and oh-so satisfying, this goes great alongside a pork pie or a hearty ploughman’s lunch. The recipe is flavourful and completely safe for anyone on a vegetarian diet. This piccalilli is also free from gluten products; making it safe for those with Celiac disease to enjoy.

Cauliflower (with salt) (21%)(sulphites), water, sugar, distilled malt vinegar (from barley), gherkins (10%), silverskin onions (10%)(sulphites), wholegrain mustard (with white wine vinegar)(7%), red pepper, cornflour, mustard flour, ginger puree, spices.
