Product Description

This vegan banana ketchup from Rubies in the Rubble fights food waste in the most delicious way. The sauce adds a sweet Caribbean twist to any dish, and can be used as a dip, ketchup, or marinade and goes perfectly with curry, grilled halloumi, and roasted veggies.

Each bottle rescues 2 bananas that would otherwise go in the bin. The bananas are grown in Southern and Central America and are too overripe by the time they are ready to be packaged in the UK.

Free from gluten, palm oil, GMOs artificial preservatives, artificial colours, and artificial flavours. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Rubies In The Rubble
Rubies in the Rubble are on a mission to reduce food waste by creating delicious condiments made with produce that would otherwise be thrown away. The produce they use can be rejected for a number of reasons, from appearance to surplus harvests, but condiments are a fantastic way of preserving produce by extending their shelf-life with vinegars and sugars. In other words, less waste, more taste.
 
If we stop wasting food that could have been eaten, the benefit to the planet would be the equivalent of taking 1 in 4 cars off the road – that’s reason enough to try Rubies in the Rubble!

Delivery

  • Standard UK Delivery - £4.95
    Delivered via Evri courier. UK orders will normally be received within 5 working days. Choose this option if you're not in a hurry to receive your order and we'll use the most efficient delivery method possible.
  • Express Delivery £7.95 (Only available for UK delivery)
    Delivered via DPD courier, requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery next working day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri). This method will require a signature, please ensure somebody will be available to sign. You will also receive tracking alerts via SMS/email from DPD to keep you updated on your delivery.
  • On orders over £50 standard delivery is FREE and next day delivery is only £5.95
