An ideal tea for the health conscious
A healthy top of the mountain china green tea. Harvested from our top of the mountain tea garden, this tea is rich in flavour. It has a pleasant mellow taste and golden yellow colour.
Top of the mountain teas are particularly healthy as they are especially rich in antioxidants. Our special harvesting methods aim to ensure that we retain as many as possible of the natural health properties of the fresh tea leaf.
25 Tea bags
These teabags are heat sealed and therefore contain a small amount of plastic - food grade polypropylene.

It is green tea... It tastes like green tea! Makes much more than 1 cup per bag though.rnShame it's not plastic free (the box is wrapped in cellophane, but I guess there no other way to prevent it getting wet) but the bags are plastic and staple free :) rn

Really like this green tea, nice flavour more like a Japanese green tea. Copes with being over brewed if you forget it without going bitter (which is a bonus in my eyes!) and is organic / fair trade. It is also sensibly priced compared to other organic teas. Would recommend.

About Qi
Qi Teas are proud to present us with a delightful range of their finest organic and fair trade teas in partnership with the mountain communities of China. The company was set up in 1997 after its founder, Joe d’Armenia, made an inspirational voyage of discovery to China. His journey took him to regions of outstanding remote and unspoilt natural beauty and tranquillity, and the tea gardens of the Yellow Mountain region.
The teas he searched out are rich and aromatic in their flavours and fragrances. They are Soil Association certified to give a guarantee of their organic status, which means they are free from all harmful chemical, pesticides and herbicides found in non-organic goods, and can be traced right back to the plant in the tea garden. The teas are also Fair Trade labelled, which gives the assurance that all involved in the production of this tea received a fair deal.
The name Qi is taken from ancient Chinese teachings which state that Qi is the lifeforce and natural energy of life. As such, Qi teas are intended to help you achieve equilibrium as part of a good diet and healthy lifestyle.
