Organic wholegrain risotto rice sourced from Bianzé in the heart of the century-old rice fields of the Northern Po Valley, grown for Organico by the Picco family who have been cultivating rice since 1878. This delicious wholegrain carnaroli rice is perfect for risottos as it absorbed the flavour thanks to its high content of amylase which giver good absorption with little loss of starch.

Free from dairy, gluten, wheat, added sugar, nuts, soya, palm oil, GM ingredients, artificial colours, artificial flavours and artificial preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Vacuum packed in plastic inside a cardboard box.

  Delivered via DPD courier, requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery next working day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri).
