In 30+ years of operation, MA's has grown their product range from 5 to more than 350, specialising in bringing spices and curries from Sri Lanka to the rest of the world. Their head office is in Colombo and they have facilities in Dambulla, Minuwangoda, Matale & Iyakkachchi and an organic farm in Matale, together comprising a workforce of over 600 people.

Sustainability is central to the business and they apply fair trade principles to every step of the supply chain. MA's believes that prioritising employee wellbeing will result in higher retention and more lifetime employees. Food and accommodation are provided for factory workers, and all employees receive financial and maternity support.
