This practical 30cm bronze pan from GreenPan is great for all kinds of kitchens thanks to its Magneto technology; giving it great cooking power over electric, gas, ceramic and induction hobs. The pan is highly fortified; using the Thermolon Infinity non-stick ceramic coating that has been enhanced with diamonds for long-lasting durability. The base is thick for added durability, as well as for even heat distribution to avoid pesky cold spots. Your hand stays comfortable while cooking too, thanks to a Stay-Cool Bakelite handle.

GreenPan has been the go-to brand for customers who prioritise healthy cooking. GreenPan was developed by two Flemish childhood friends: Jan Helskens and Wim De Veirman. When they discovered that traditional non-stick pans release toxic substances when overheated, they embarked on a quest for a healthy alternative. Eventually in 2007, they developed Thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating containing zero harmful PFAS, made from a derivative of sand. And that’s how GreenPan was born!
