This Vegan-biotic 10bn contains 10 billion cfu per dose, with soluble fibre to help growth of beneficial bacteria in the bowel and vitamin C to help maintain a normal energy metabolism and immune system. Completely free from added fillers, bulking agents, and nasties that many mainstream brands tend to use, they are professionally formulated with 100 % pure active ingredients in bio available form for the best absorption.

The bacteria in this custom blend contains key beneficial strains such as are usually found in fermented foods such as Kefir:

Directions: For adults and children over 12 years, 3 capsules daily with food and water.
