The Foods of Athenry gluten free Christmas pudding is a delicious alternative, made with dried fruit soaked in brandy and cider for days, mixed with homemade bread crumbs amongst other premium ingredients � all of the highest quality. It has been cooked by gently steaming for up to 5 hours and is handmade in Galway.
Ingredients
Raisins, Sultanas, Butter (Milk), Irish Cider, Gluten Free Flour (Rice, Potato, Maize, Buckwheat, Tapioca), Brown Sugar, Glace Cherries, Mixed Citrus Peel, Eggs, Milk, Brandy, Dates, Golden Syrup, Treacle, Mixed Spice, Orange Rind Oil, Raising Agent (sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.
Glace Cherries Contain: (cherries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: anthocyanin.
Mixed Citrus Peel Contain: (orange & lemon peel, glucose - fructose syrup. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
For allergens see ingredients in bold. Contains eggs and milk.

Usage Instructions
Heating Instructions:
Boil: Remove bowl from outer box. Leave the pudding in the bowl with the lid on � place in a saucepan with enough water to come half way up the bowl. Bring to the boil & simmer for 30 minutes. Please make sure the water does not enter the bowl. Do not allow the water to boil dry.
Microwave:Remove bowl from outer box. Leaving the pudding in the bowl, microwave on full power for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds (depending on wattage of oven. Alternatively, heat individual slices of pudding on non-metallic plate for 15-20 seconds.

Q: Hello, Is this product nut free. TIA

Thanks for your query. This product does not contain nuts as an allergen however there is a note on the packaging to say it was baked in a kitchen that handles nuts.
