Your favourite meat dishes don’t have to be off limits now that you’re vegetarian or vegan. Create a delicious vegan equivalent to spaghetti Bolognese, burritos and much more with the use of Essential textured vegetable protein (TVP). This TVP is made entirely out of defatted soya flour, without the need of any genetically modified ingredients, added sugar or any palm oil. This natural mince flavour TVP is a cinch to make – simply cook 1 part TVP along with 2 parts liquid for 35 – 40 minutes. The TVP is best enjoyed after it has been soaked in a flavourful marinade for 1 – 2 hours.
