Q: I may be asking an obvious question is this 100%pure cocoa as in chocolate bars are graded 75% etc I take it this is pure cocoa

Q: Hi, please could you tell me whether this product may contain traces of other things such as nuts, gluten or milk? Thanks, Isobella.
A: Hi, the Equal Exchange Fairtrade and Organic Cocoa is gluten free, and is suitable for vegans, so it has no milk in it. The packaging of this product has no mention of traces of nuts, but claims the ingredients is 100% Organic Cocoa Powder. I hope this helps, Robyn.
