Product Description
This 100% plastic free, vegan and natural soap dish with draining holes has been uniquely hand-carved in Germany from a piece of olive wood. The olive wood used is from retired olive trees that are no longer producing olives. ecoLiving recommend that you rinse a few times before use to remove some of the natural oils.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the dish. It’s much bigger and deeper than I’d anticipated. Water pools underneath, with brown gunge developing. Also the edges were quite unfinished and sharp. Won’t be buying again.
I wanted to love this soap dish so much, but it gets too wet as the holes have nowhere to drain, and so the soap sets inside it and you can't get it out. Then there's the brown stains it leaves wherever it has been sitting. It just looks dirty and makes the soap brown too, which is fine if it's just you and you know why it's brown, but when guests come... I have resorted to a glass bottle and liquid hand soap to avoid this and I suppose this little holder can go on the composter. Such a shame.
