A flour blend milled from naturally gluten and wheat free rice, tapioca, potato, buckwheat, carob, sugar beet fibre and natural gum. This is an alternative to wheat bread flour. Follow the recipe on the pack to make great gluten free brown bread.
Ingredients
Flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato, gram, buckwheat, carob), sugar beet fibre, thickener (xanthan gum).
To keep your flour at its best, roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.

Sadly tried the bread recipe and it was a disaster! Back to using their ready mix seeded G F pack. I have trouble getting it at present time, probably due to driver shortages, etc and was looking for an alternative. Not found one yet.

I make all my own bread using this and other Doves Farm flours. Wouldn't be without it and often can't buy it elsewhere.
