A delightful coconut scented, handmade candle from Dalit, presented in a clay pot that is crafted to resemble the clay pot that India women are often seen carrying. The Karan candle has a gorgeous rustic feel, and is made from blended beeswax with a burn time of approximately 26 hours.
The candles are made by the Dalit people of India, a ‘lower class’ people who are not afforded education and work opportunities. Dalit works to support this group, particularly street children to ensure they are given a proper education and a chance at a better life. For every candle sold, profits are donated to Dalit’s Life Association charity.L8 x W8 x H6.5cm
