These elegant salted caramel biscuits made from a classic recipe using real butter are a delicious accompaniment to a nice cup of earl grey tea. Presented in a lovely reusable tin they also make a lovely gift.
Ingredients
Flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), salted butter (28%)(butterfat (milk), water, salt), sugar, butterscotch crisp (5%)(soft dark brown sugar, glucose (wheat), salted butter (milk), natural flavouring), salt, natural flavouring, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate.
