Cape Treasures Yellow Curry Paste - 125ml

Mild, yellow curry paste with a tremendous depth of mildly sweet, yellow spice without the heat. It has layer, upon layer of traditional Cape Malay curry flavour: Imagine cumin, coriander, star anise, fennel, cinnamon, clove, fenugreek, ginger, mustard and chilli. Blending spice is an art - and a craft and it takes skill and time and practice and loads of ingredients in just the right proportions, making this the quick and easy way to make a delicious curry that tastes like it took hours to prepare. This paste goes well with butternut squash, lentils, fish, paneer and tofu.
