I prefer to buy coffee beans and Ethical will supply them in kilo bags which saves packaging

This is an unsually (for the coffee bean market) mild roast. If a smooth, mild, afternoon coffee is what you are after then this is a great product. Espresso/ Americano lovers may need something with more kick although I was able to get a good strong coffee by maxing out the strength settings on my machine. The packet says it is a 3 but I think it is more of 2 in strength.

I love this coffee! Not overpowering, mild with a bit of a liquorice flavour.
