Breast Cancer Campaign

The Breast Cancer Campaign was established in 1988 with the aim of researching the cure for Breast Cancer. The charity aims to make a significant impact on breast cancer for the benefit of patients, with a vision of a world where breast cancer is overcome and outlived. The Breast Cancer Campaign funds research into Breast Cancer and supports research at any centre of excellence in the UK and Republic of Ireland, as of September 2014 it invests nearly £14 million in 82 research projects from charitable donations and fundraising. Breast cancer is still the most common form of cancer, with 50,000 women diagnosed each year, and the campaign feels we owe it to the 570,000 women living with the disease to explore every avenue to overcome the disease in our lifetime.
