This organic T-shirt is perfect for every mini-activist, featuring the slogan ‘This is My Protest T-Shirt’. Not only is it made from upper soft GOTS certified organic cotton, it is also made in a Fair Wear Foundation audited factory ensuring ethical manufacture.

The T-shirt was created by Ailis Barnes and Lois from Altrincham Grammar School for Girls, as part of Amnesty's "What's my slogan" competition. Ailis said "I wanted a slogan that would invite people to ask me why I was wearing it. The words on the shirt can be used to spark many conversations and to invite discussion about topics that are important".

Founded in London in 1961, Amnesty International is an international non-governmental organization focused on human rights. They work to protect people wherever justice, freedom, truth and dignity are denied.

The stated mission of the organization is to campaign for "a world in which every person enjoys all of the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights instruments."

Amnesty draws attention to human rights abuses and it campaigns for compliance with international laws and standards. It works to mobilize public opinion to generate pressure on governments where abuse takes place.
