arguably the most fun of all &#8211; the raw chocolate ingredients &#8211; <strong>make your own chocolate<\/strong>!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ethicalsuperstore.com\/products\/green-books\/mayan-magic-chocolate-making-kit\/\">Mayan Magic Chocolate Making Kit<\/a> is both fun and delicious, with all you need to create your own fair trade, vegan and Soil Association certified Organic chocolate.\u00a0 You can rest assured there&#8217;s no nasty content in this chocolate, you add everything yourself.<\/p>\n<p>We aren&#8217;t shy to testing our products here, and naturally we couldn&#8217;t refuse to trial the Mayan Magic Kit and test the deliciousness for ourselves.\u00a0 It&#8217;s so very simple, I can even remember the steps off by heart.<\/p>\n<p>First, put the cacao in a heatproof bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Heat some water to boiling point in a pan.<\/p>\n<p>Place the heatproof bowl on the pan, above the waterline.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off the heat and allow to melt, stirring sometimes.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy watching the melted combination slowly drip off the end of a fork or spoon.<\/p>\n<p>Mix in agave syrup bit by bit.\u00a0 This is really sweet, you can add as much or as little as you like.<\/p>\n<p>Add a preferred flavour if you want to.\u00a0 This isn&#8217;t included in the pack, but we added some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ethicalsuperstore.com\/products\/steenbergs\/steenbergs-vanilla-extract-fairtrade-100ml\/\">vanilla extract<\/a> to our mix.\u00a0 You could try adding <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ethicalsuperstore.com\/products\/traidcraft\/traidcraft-fairtrade-whole-brazil-nuts-150g\/\">chopped nuts<\/a> or peppermint extract.<\/p>\n<p>Mix a little more.<\/p>\n<p>Leave for 2 minutes to cool a little.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the mixture into the mini cupcakes provided and transfer to the fridge to set for 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 250px\" class=\"wp-caption was deliciously fresh tasting.\u00a0 Mayan Magic is healthier, richer and much more fun than any other chocolate we&#8217;ve tried and is definitely recommended as an entertaining activitiy with your friends or children.<\/p>\n<p>I think we&#8217;re <strong>in love with this chocolate<\/strong>.\u00a0 We&#8217;re so glad that there&#8217;s still two packets of make-your-own chocolate left in the box.\u00a0 The first batch disappeared quite quickly!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
