No dairy, no eggs, just chocolatey goodness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All the ingredients are available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ethicalsuperstore.com\/\">Ethical Superstore<\/a>, so you can celebrate World Vegan Month while supporting ethical and sustainable brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tin aquafaba (liquid from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ethicalsuperstore.com\/products\/suma\/suma-organic-chickpeas-400g\/\">chickpeas<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ethicalsuperstore.com\/products\/tonys-chocolonely\/tony-s-chocolonely-dark-chocolate---180g\/\">140g dark chocolate<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour the aquafaba into a bowl and whisk with an electric whisk until soft peaks form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the sugar and continue whisking until the mixture becomes thick and glossy \u2014 this can take up to 10 minutes, so don\u2019t give up!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melt the dark chocolate and allow it to cool slightly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently fold the chocolate into the aquafaba, keeping as much air in the mixture as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spoon into ramekins and chill in the fridge until set.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why it\u2019s perfect for World Vegan Month<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">World Vegan Month is all about discovering how plant based food can be exciting, creative, and satisfying.
