Wanted: Kickass freelance Web Developers or local Web Development agency

Ethicalsuperstore.com is a leading ethical products and e-commerce company located in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.  We operate our own online stores and mail order catalogues, including Natural Collection and Ethicalsuperstore.com, as well as white label shops and catalogues for Greenpeace, Friends of the Earth, The Guardian, and Suma Wholefoods.
 
As part of our mission of becoming the “ethical Amazon”, the world’s biggest one stop shop for ethical products and services, we are currently embarking on an exciting new project to develop an innovative marketplace service for the web and mobile devices.
 
To support the development of this new service, we’re seeking to appoint a talented local web development agency or freelancers based in or around Newcastle-upon-Tyne to work closely with our internal design and development team.  The project will commence in early October with an initial set of deliverables to be completed by early December, with the possibility of a follow-up phase of work immediately following the completion of the initial project.
 
Our preferred web development environment heavily features the open source LAMP stack; as well as front and backend javascript and popular libraries such asjQuery and AJAX.
