Water Conservation

Did you know that turning the tap off when you brush your teeth can save up to 5 litres of water a minute! Water conservation is a principle based on reducing water waste and encouraging people to make little changes which can make a huge difference. According to the Environment Agency the average person in England and Wales uses 150 litres of water every day.

We can all do our bit to reduce this and conserve water, from little changes like using an Eco Kettle, installing shower timers, through to collecting rain in butts and tanks, and using watering cans to water the garden rather than water-wasting hosepipes!
