Getting RMA an number to return an item
We’re sorry if you need to return an item, to get a returns (RMA) number please email email@example.com or call us on 0845 0099016.
1. You will be asked to provide a reason for your returns – either faulty / damaged goods or a return under our 60-day, no-quibble guarantee
2. We will provide you with an RMA number which you should write on the pre-paid Return Label that came with your order, along with indicating the reason for your return. Please call us if you no longer have your returns label.
3. Take your parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Posting, which should be retained until after your refund in processed.
4. We will email you to let you know once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. There will be no charge for returning faulty returns following this procedure. For returns under our 60-day, no-quibble guarantee, £3 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the return postage. Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.
