I like the smoky, earthy taste. It did take a bit of getting used to at first but now I enjoy it. Good with roasted veg. It has plenty of flavour itself.

Use instead of ordinary rice but make sure its wadhed well! Sometimes can have hard bits so check! Nice flavour.
