Q: Hello. Can you tell me how many bats the bat box houses? And is it suitable for Leisler's bats? I need to find alternative accommodation for a colony before reroofing works next winter.
A: Unfortunately neither of our bat boxes are suitable for the Leisler’s bat.
If Pipistrels were in the box it would house approx 100. Marty.
