I've used this nappy cream as a preventitive barrier at every nappy change with both my son and daughter and they have never had nappy rash! I should also mention that this is in conjunction with cotton cloth nappies

This cream may seem expensive but it works so quickly you'll find you end up using much less of it. It's also not as sticky as the mainstream alternative so it doesn't end up smearing everywhere.
