Sweet Flavourless Jelly not Strawberry Jam

There are two things wrong with this jam . . first it had no fruit and was more like overset jelly than jam, second it tasted of sugar not strawberries. It was so hard set I could cut it with a knife. I make jam and this is not the consistancy of jam unless over boiled, which might explain the absence of fruit pieces as overprocessing breaks the fruit down completely. Maybe it was a bad batch, but I won't be risking it again.

Q: Can you please tell me how much sugar this contains per 100g?

A: The Traidcraft Strawberry jam is prepared with 40g of fruit per 100g and the sugar content is 63g per 100g.
