A great sugar for baking. I think golden sugars have a little more flavour than the bright white ones. I love that it feels more rustic and homely. Keep vanilla pods in a jar with this sugar for even better cakes, custards etc. Stores well so I buy in bulk. And traidcraft is a great company to support.
