As a Full Time Carer, for whom rubber gloves are a necessity rather than a luxury, I so looked forward to using fair trade rubber gloves, but I was not prepared for my disappointment in the fit and performance. I ordered a medium as that was the smallest size on offer, and they are like boats on my hands. They are so short I cannot do any task without a flood of water into the gloves, and they are so loose that I cannot grasp or grip anything. First time out I broke two glasses because of the poor grip. I tried a second pair for bathroom cleaning and could not put anything back on the shelf without the slackness of the gloves causing bottles to pull back down as I took my hand away. So very, very disappointed that I will not be buying or recommending. Even one out of five is too high for this product."

These last longer than any rubber gloves I have ever brought from a high street supermarket, they are snug but personally I like that.

Long lasting gloves rival other brands

Verified product owner These gloves are worth the price as they last far longer than any of the other popular brands found in supermarkets. I have been purchasing for 3 years since receiving a pair as a freebie with my order, and they are good quality and I'd recommend them.

I bought a pair of these but found them to be too tight. One of the fingers broke off after a few weeks of use because I had to pull so hard to get them off. The only other ethically sourced glove I can find is the "If You Care" brand. I don't like those as much as these because the cuffs tend to roll down, but they are my only real option as these gloves just don't fit me.

These gloves are good quality but are only available in medium which is too small for me - I'm a bloke with not-particularly large hands.

I've bought two pairs of these rubber gloves now, and for ordinary washing up and cleaning, there're fine. Perhaps for specialised use like a carer these are too clumsy, but otherwise I think they do an adequate job.
