A rich and treacley sugar that is great in chocolate cakes or on cereal or porridge. I is moist and gives things a fudgy flavour. I love it! You can also add a pinch to chilli or other rich meaty/savoury dishes to add depth. Perfect for boston baked beans.

dark, rich, inviting . . perfect for sprinkling on porridge or stirring into coffee, giving a rich depth of molasses warmth to everything. I've used it in baking too . . devilishly delicious, it invites me to take a spoonful of sugar when I pass the sugar bowl!
