This mix is very handy to have in the cupboard, and I always buy a case of these.Instructions are given - just mix with water, but once you get used to the consistency, you can make up as much or as little as you need - you don't have to make the whole packet up at once. If you do mix up too much, you can just put the extra in the fridge and use the next day. I think this is useful if you are just converting to vegetarianism, or if you miss the texture of meat. I make this into meatballs with spaghetti and tomato sauce and is handy if you are cooking for meat-eaters and vegetarians at the same time as it suits everyone!
