Used them in Tajine and even though at first, their look seems a bit strange (they are quite dark), they taste great. Not too sweet.

My most recent purchase of these organic unsulphured apricots were the best I've ever had ( and I've been buying them, from various places, for over thirty years!). Large, juicy and very, very tasty. They might look uglier than the sulphured variety, but they are so much tastier. I soak them in orange juice, then liquidise them with tofu to make a delicious vegan breakfast/ pudding.
