I love, love, love this crunchy unsalted peanut butter! You do get a bit of oil separation at the top of the jar, which you can clearly see in the photo, but as long as you stir it in slowly with a knife before you start/ finish eating the whole jarful, with a spoon, it's fine. It is the only peanut butter I have ( and I have lots of it). It has proper crunchy bits in a creamy "background", and goes equally well with sweet things ( honey, or banana and peanut butter flapjacks), as it does in savoury recipes. Strangely, it has an almost salty taste, despite being salt free, so even people who hate unsalted butter usually like this. As for me, I just need a spoon...!
