Tasty, convenient, make deluxe sauces. Sometimes I use half tinned chopped or plum tomatoes and half cherry for economy but with the nice texture of some whole mini tomatoes. Great to keep in the store cupboard. Tins look pretty too, especially if you buy the other Suma ones!

These are really useful when fresh cherry tomatoes have not been available for some pasta dishes where you want to see the tomato and not just make a sauce. They are really tasty and I like to have a few tins in the pantry at all times.
So good - the result was the closest thing I've ever found to the taste and texture of fresh tomatoes from a tinned product. Worth the extra money as it adds much more to a dish than cheaper tinned tomatoes.

Buying these in bulk can save you time and money. Use them in stews, or drain the juice off and use them for salads, especially useful in the winter when fresh tomatoes are more expensive to buy.
