Q: I'm looking for a radio for my mum who is registered blind. How do you change stations on this radio and how big is the display compared to your other digi radio?
A: The station is changed using buttons on the top of the radio. The display is quite large and clear. Under our guarantee, if you were to purchase the radio, and subsequently find it to be unsuitable, you would be entitled to return it for a refund. Hope this helps. Thomas.

Q: Does this radio have a good range of volume - does it go quite low? Thanks.
A: This radio can be played either through its own speakers, using headphones, or it can be connected to your stereo via the headphone output, and the volume range will vary accordingly. The manufacturer's speaker specifications state that it is a full range 3" drive unit with 1.7W RMS amplifier, which will deliver clarity of sound whatever the volume. Jo.

Q: I notice that the specification for the Evoke 1S includes the following:
"Digital radio with full Band III, L-Band and FM reception. ETS 300 401 compliant and capable of decoding all DAB transmission modes 1-4 up to and including 256 kbps."
However, in the specification for another radio, the Move UK Ecoplus Compact DAB & FM Radio
(POVID: 61167), the max transmission rate is only 192 kbps.
What's the max transmision rate for the Siesta DAB/FM Digital Clock Radio?
A: The Siesta is capable of decoding all DAB transmission modes 1-4 up to and including 256 kbps. John.
