Lovely Bar of Chocolate

A great alternative to "dairy" white chocolate. It is creamy and smooth and from what I can remember the tastes pretty similar to the dairy version.

The first time I tried this I was visiting my sister at Aberystwyth Uni, I am so glad I've found it on here! It's so creamy and from what i remember tastes alot like real white chocolate. Tad more vanillary perhaps, either way, I know people who'd choose this over the real thing who aren't vegan so it shows how good it is!

I should state upfront that I've been vegan 13 years and can't remotely remember what white chocolate tastes like. I suspect this is not dead on. I know some people who dislike it, but personally I love it and keep meaning to buy some to cook with (florentines, perhaps). The taste is creamy, it's made mostly with good quality cocoa butter, and it's nice to break off a small bit to nibble at a time. It's fairtrade too, which is a huge bonus. Unfortunately it's horribly expensive, otherwise I'd be wolfing it down.
