Very good and often difficult to find. Eat while crisp or allow to soften to more of an oatmeal/porridge type of thing.

One of the most satisfying organic cereals. It makes a good base to mix with chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit or home-made muesli. I wish it was gluten free too.

I like the fact that they're sweetened with fruit juice instead of sugar like most cereals and they're organic. At first wasn't too sure about the after taste but after having them a few times I really like them and don't notice it now, maybe it's just the lack of processed sugar that my taste buds were confused by! They are quite a bit more expensive than your run of the mill cereals though so I have them as a bit of a treat.

Very good product, no nasty sugars or salt in any form.
Previous recipe was better though as the flakes did not crush so easily .. ie. alot less dust in bottom of packet previously, plus taste was abit nicer previously. still very good though and use all the time.

My kids love this cereal, they choose it for breakfast almost every day. Trouble is, they like it so much each box only lasts two or three days. Thank goodness I can buy it in bulk here which works out cheaper.

I love this cereal, and its excellent for me because its wheat AND sugar free, a hard combination to find in a cereal. Quite addictive, so watch out!

Sugar free, helps you keep things in perspective. Wheat free, if you want to count those bread slices, or in need of a varied diet.
Quite versatile - good for a crunchy snack, if hungry (also not too sweet), goes well with cafe latte as well as milk; and you can also add some dried fruit if with a sweet tooth.
Worryingly, to note - they are addictive ,-)
