of the NPs flakes. IMHO.
Sugar free, helps you keep things in perspective. Wheat free, if you want to count those bread slices, or in need of a varied diet.
Quite versatile - good for a crunchy snack, if hungry (also not too sweet), goes well with cafe latte as well as milk; and you can also add some dried fruit if with a sweet tooth.
Worryingly, to note - they are addictive ,-)

My kids love this cereal, they choose it for breakfast almost every day. Trouble is, they like it so much each box only lasts two or three days. Thank goodness I can buy it in bulk here which works out cheaper.

I love this cereal, and its excellent for me because its wheat AND sugar free, a hard combination to find in a cereal. Quite addictive, so watch out!
