This is a lovely tahini, with a pronounced (but not overpowering) sesame flavour. It blends well with honey, either on crackers or in cooking, and also in savoury speads such as hummus or mixed with marmite or tamari. The wide necked jar makes it easy to spoon out. I will definitely buy more pots of this tahini.
