A: This particular bulb IS suitable for use in bathrooms but it is NOT dimmable, John.

Q: Could you please confirm that this light bulb's output is equivalent to conventional halogen spotlights of 50w? Many Thanks for your answer.
A: This bulb has an equivalent output to that of a 35w bulb. Thomas.

Q: Although This Bulb is not dimmable, can it be used with a dimmer switch, if it was just being turned on/off, and what would happen if someone used the dimmer facility of the switch with the bulb?
A: We would not advise using this bulb with a dimmer circuit. Chances are it would not work and may trip your electricity or blow the bulb. We do, however, now stock dimmable bulbs.

Q: We have been using a 50w GU10 halogen dichroic Reflector Lamp...will your bulb give similar lighting effect? Thanks, Elaine
A: The actual effect will be governed by several factors, and light properties are pretty difficult to describe e.g. what one person considers 'warm' may be seen as 'harsh' to another. The bulb will be compatible in terms of mounting.
