Great, simple, tasty product; an ideal addition to cereal, and thickens it. Flaxseeds have to be ground as whole ones are very slippery and not easily digested, but grinding them yourself is less economical if you eat them regularly. I'd found myself eating flaxseed protein powder and flaxseed oil (& hemp too) before realising that was totally unnecessary processing and packaging :-)rnBeware this needs kept in the fridge and must be eaten within 45 days of opening, presumably because of the omega oils.
