Bulk-buying Equal Exchange cashew nuts is a ritual for me now at Ethicalsuperstore! :) Very reasonable price for such a good quality nuts - I eat them often directly from the bag, enjoying natural creaminess and flavor. I also keep a bag or two in freezer to make non-sugar/dairy ice cream with dates - simply put them with water and vanilla pods in a blender, blend smooth and freeze. DELICIOUS!
