I went to the Science Museum with my son and bought this product for him in the shop. Just brilliant. Became his favourite toy and we could barely separate it from him. Wind-up makes it good for him, the planet and our pocket and the packaging is recyclable etc. All round a great toy.

Absolutely brilliant! The countdown sounds really realistic & the lighting up rocket boosters add to the excitement. The rocket sounds last for a good long time - plenty of time to get to the moon & back!!

Q: How long do you have to wind it for to get all the lights and noises going?
A: Not long at all - when we tried in the office 30 seconds of winding was enough for several missions.

Q: What does the Eco Rocket do other than have flashing lights? You say it "soars off into space" but what do you mean by that? Will it engage a space mad 4 1/2 year old?
Thanks.
A: In addition to flashing lights it has sound... a count down to launch followed by blast off noises. When we say it 'soars' it isn't actually capable of self-powered flight. This may give the impression that we have exercised artistic licence to extremes BUT seriously no one at our office has been able to resist grabbing it and taking it for a 'flight'.

Q: does the rocket have doors so you can put a spaceman inside?
A: Hi, I can happily inform you that yes, the rocket does have a door and enough space for a lego-sized astronaught to fit inside. Hope this helps, Robyn.

Q: Am I missing something? How high does the rocket go?
A: The rocket itself is not actually capable of flight; but in the hands of an imaginative child the possibilities are endless.
