Not enough light for most people. Wrong shape for switches.

Verified product owner I have had this night light for 6 months. It works as new, but I find it only useful as a focal point in a dark room. It is fine if you just want to reach a switch in the dark, or to scare the boogeyman away. However if you need to walk across a room you are likely to have an accident.
If you need a nighlight that you can see safely by then I recommend spending the extra to get the excellent moonlight nightlight.
The other problem I had with this light is its unfortunate shape. Unlike the moonlight light which is vertical, this light has a horizontal format. Insert it into a wall socket that has a switch and you will switch off the socket as you plug it in, doh.

Q: Does this product run off the mains? What is the cost per annum compared to the Moonlight Nightlight you also stock? Thanks.
A: The Eco-Night Light does indeed run off the mains. To compare the two products you mention we plugged both into the Ecosavers Energy Meter all day in the office today. The cost of both was so negligable that neither actually registered on the meter. It is worth noting however that the Moonlight Night Light is the brighter light of the two. Hope this helps. Jo.
