These bars are nice and crunchy. Full of fibre and good nutrients so better than skipping breakfast or binging between meals. However, they're a little too sweet for me. They're good to start off with but I found that by the end of the bar it was too much. That could just be me as I've not got much of a sweet tooth but apart from that they're delicious.

My husband and I love these, they are not as sweet as the flapjack and are a real tasty treat.
