Q: how long do the Claris water filters last?
A: The water cartridges last for around six weeks and will filter more than 50 litres of water before needing renewal. Andy

Q: are there 2 sizes for the claris filter , as i bought some befor via amazon which were at least an inch taller than the one in my tefal one cup, so i had to return them. i have been told there hard to purchase ?
A: There are a variety of sizes manufactured - the size we stock is specifically designed and totally compatible with the Tefal Quickcup. John.

Q: What will happen if I don't use the filter? Doesn't sound very sustainable to have to replace it every 6 weeks, can it be recycled?

Q: Is there a good way to dispose or refill the filters as there seems to be a lot of plastic wasted.
A: I would sugggest contacting your local recycling scheme for advice on this, however we have yet to hear of a suitable approach in relation to the filters.

Q: When will you be getting the Tefal Quick Cup water cartdridges in as most of the Comet stores haven't got any?
A: We recommend keeping an eye on the site as the filter cartridges often sell out quickly when we put them on the site. We expect to have a more constant supply by the end of the month. Hope this helps. Thomas
